I didn't set out to build a coffee company. I spent my career in digital wellness, helping people build healthier habits and access therapy online. Good work, but over time it stopped feeling like mine.
Coffee was the thing I actually loved. The ritual of it. Grinding, brewing, the first quiet cup before the day started. So that is where I began.
But the deeper I got, the more I noticed something uncomfortable. The more I leaned on caffeine, the less reliable my energy became. Sharp one day, wired the next, flat by the afternoon. The habit I loved was quietly working against me.
That sent me down a rabbit hole. Circadian rhythm, breathwork, nutrition timing, functional mushrooms. Small, deliberate changes, and they made a real difference to my focus and energy. One thought stuck. Coffee is already the most loved habit most people have. So why not make it the most supportive one too.
That is where MAD started. Not another powder or pill to remember. The coffee you already drink, designed to work with your body instead of against it.
